Gritty

We’re scrappy, we’re tough, and we love to stay in it until the work is done to the fullest. We love people telling us “No” and what’s not possible, because it gives us the opportunity to show them what we’re made of.


Real

These are the attributes that make us worth working together; that we’re authentic and have the ability to listen, to care deeply, and to empathize with each other and our clients gives all of us a greater level of fulfillment. We matter, you matter, the client you're working with matters - this is at the core of Datapath.


Ownership

We own it and see it through to completion. We don’t believe that it’s “someone else’s problem.” We take the wheel and treat every situation like we are in the owner’s seat.


Competent

We are the best at what we do which requires us to push harder. As individuals we must love our craft and work diligently to dive deep into greater levels of education, knowledge, experience, and capability. This gives us the confidence of knowing we are the best - providing unmatched capabilities to our clients.


Collaborative

We listen, we communicate clearly, we care, and we do what we say we're going to do. This is the foundation of what our relationships are built upon with each other, our clients, and our community. We help each other grow, become better and work towards the highest level of excellence. We want to build an ecosystem of helping each other to get better. Hoarders, narcissists, and jerks don't fit at Datapath and never will.
